HRDE and Unity Housing, Inc. have continually met this mission by successfully assisting thousands of West Virginians through advocacy, empowerment and the successful administration of a wide variety of employment, occupational skill training and educational programs along with almost 1000 units of subsidized housing for elderly, financially disadvantaged and disabled individuals. Central to HRDE’s success is the belief that knowledge, support, and opportunity are the keys to empowering the underprivileged residents of West Virginia.
