HRDE and Unity Housing, Inc. have continually met this mission by successfully assisting thousands of West Virginians through advocacy, empowerment and the successful administration of a wide variety of employment, occupational skill training and educational programs along with almost 1000 units of subsidized housing for elderly, financially disadvantaged and disabled individuals.
